K.Pandyarajah Ballal institutions first started in the year 1992 and in the past decade has grown to now contain in itself paramedical sciences of nursing and physiotherapy. The institution is now proud to be seat of post graduate teaching in both the fields. Realizing the demands of a developing country like ours, with the foresight of growing medical industry and of supportive paramedical fields, our founder Dr. K.R.BALLAL started this institution in memory of his father Late K.Pandyarajah Ballal. Dr. K.R Ballal, doctor of general surgery and orthopedics, professor at Kasturba Medical college Mangalore, born to family of land lords, started his career after having completed his post graduate studies from KMC, went abroad to improve his skills, and learn from the health schemes of western countries, came back to his home town and set up a well equipped nursing home, which has carved a name for itself over the 38 years of its existence. A man of great vision, confidence, extremely kind hearted and over powering personality, he grew in his profession and family business, expanding and succeeding in all.
